A Corny Prize

The Ultimate Tailgate Party at The Posh Pineapple! Hey Everyone, Back in September, I came across a super cute collegiate jewelry line called Season's Jewelry. Since I hadn't seen the products in person, I just ordered a small amount of Florida State and Florida necklaces, bracelets and rings. We got them in and I couldn't wait to open the box. "Let's see if these are cute or cheesy" was the question on my mind. Surprise! Not only were they cute, they were super cute, great quality and they were a great price! Yay! We quickly sold almost every piece we had!

So, you know I wanted to order more. When I went online, the company was doing a give away called "The Ultimate Tailgate Party". You had spend a certain amount and had to enter a special code when you checked out to be entered into the contest. I thought it was a great prize...a popcorn machine, a Yetti personal cooler, tons of tailgating decorations, a $100 gift card to buy food and, what turned out to be my favorite, a corn hole game! I remember thinking to myself, "Whoever wins this will be a lucky person!".

A couple of weeks later, I got a phone call and the nice voice on the other end of the phone told me we had won! I was confused at first, you know how many sales calls you get that tell you you have "won" something. I thought I was speaking with a solicitor, until I put two and two together. Wow! The Posh Pineapple actually won the prize?! Then UPS started delivering all the goodies. We opened each box with anticipation and couldn't wait to plan our tailgate party!

We planned the party for a busy Saturday on Canal Street. Our rep from Season's, Bill, came in from Tennessee and what fun we had with him! We did a football themed popcorn bar, which not only included hot delicious buttery popcorn, but also salty and sweet snacks to make a personal party mix. People were making some great concoctions at the "bar". While this was going on inside, corn hole was going on outside! Bill and his daughter manned the corn hole game and we had fun watching everyone play out in front of the store. We gave away collegiate jewelry and lots of popcorn!



It was so nice of Season's Jewelry to offer such a great prize package. It was fun to win and to have the Ultimate Tailgate Party at The Posh! We are looking forward to using the great loot again soon!
